Decision of the Swedish Authority for Privacy
Protection
The Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) adopts the Norwegian Data
Protection Authority´s decision in Appendix 1 pursuant to Article 60(8) of the General
Data Protection Regulation1(GDPR) and closes the case.
Justification for the decision
On 19 April 2022, the complainant lodged his complaint with IMY. As the case
concerns cross-border processing and Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA has its main
establishment in Norway, IMY submitted the complaint to the Norwegian Data
Protection Authority.
In its draft decision, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority found that the
complainant had not responded to the request for information. The case has therefore
been investigated to an appropriate extent in accordance with Article 57(1)(f) of the
GDPR.
IMY and the other supervisory authorities concerned had no objections to the decision.
Against this background, IMY shall adopt the decision pursuant to Article 60(8) of the
GDPR. The case shall therefore be closed.
