Subject: Closing of the procedure (amicable settlement)
On 11 March 2022, the complainant lodged a complaint against
(respondent) to the data protection authority, alleging a breach of the right to erasure.
By letter dated 25 April 2022, the Respondent complied with the complainant’s request for erasure in
the ongoing proceedings before the Data Protection Authority and the complainant agreed to an
amicable agreement on the procedure.
The appeal procedure was therefore to be closed.
